Aimée Tarin Named Chief Impact Officer; Jennifer Bisson Appointed Chief Legal Operating Officer

Aimée Tarin has been named Chief Impact Officer, and Jennifer Bisson has been appointed Chief Legal Operating Officer, following formal approval by the firm’s Legal Management Committee.
The appointments recognize more than a year of hands-on leadership and execution by both individuals, who have worked closely with firm leadership to design, test, and implement systems that support growth, accountability, and consistent service delivery.
Chief Impact Officer Role
As Chief Impact Officer, Tarin leads the firm’s non-legal operations, culture, and internal execution. Her responsibilities include oversight of administrative performance, engagement initiatives, firmwide projects, and internal systems that support both clients and staff. With more than 13 years of experience across operations, customer service, marketing, and systems development, Tarin focuses on translating strategy into action while reinforcing the firm’s mission and values.
Chief Legal Operating Officer Role
As Chief Legal Operating Officer, Bisson oversees all legal operations, including case workflow, legal administrative staff, attorney onboarding, trust accounting compliance, billing standards, and legal performance metrics. Her background includes extensive experience in workers’ compensation and criminal defense, as well as years of paralegal leadership. In her role, Bisson ensures consistency, compliance, and quality across the firm’s DWI defense services.
