As Chief Executive Officer of Nave Law Firm, Sean Kelsey oversees the organization’s daily operations and long-term strategic direction. His leadership spans every major facet of the firm—including Human Resources, Marketing, Budgeting, Client Relations, Employee Relations, Protocol Development, and Finance. Sean plays a pivotal role in translating the firm’s vision into actionable plans, ensuring that every system, process, and team member aligns with the company’s mission of service and excellence.

A graduate of the inaugural Executive Leadership Development Series, Sean’s leadership journey was shaped through collaboration with some of Central New York’s most respected business institutions, including Columbia College, Syracuse College, the Whitman School of Management, University College at Syracuse University, Empire State College, and Leadership Greater Syracuse. This innovative program honed his ability to blend strategy, empathy, and execution—qualities that continue to define his leadership today.

When asked what drives him, Sean’s answer is simple: people.
