About

Jennifer Bisson - Chief Legal Operating Officer

Jennifer Bisson serves as the Chief Legal Operating Officer for the DWI TEAM, overseeing the legal operations that ensure every case is handled with accuracy, consistency, and care. With a deep background in legal administration and hands-on case management, Jennifer plays a critical role in supporting attorneys, guiding legal staff, and protecting the integrity of the firm’s legal processes.

A graduate of Bryant & Stratton College with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, Jennifer brings a career shaped by leadership and discipline. Before joining the firm, she spent nearly a decade as a Workers’ Compensation Coordinator at Smith, Sovik, Kendrick & Sugnet, P.C., managing complex caseloads and developing a strong command of legal workflows and compliance. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in retail management at Victoria’s Secret and Talbots, experiences that sharpened her ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and perform under pressure.

At the DWI TEAM, Jennifer leads legal operations with a focus on structure, accountability, and client protection. She supports attorney onboarding, oversees case workflows, ensures legal staff are trained and supported, and steps directly into active cases when needed to maintain continuity and quality. Her work behind the scenes allows attorneys to focus on advocacy, while clients receive consistent, high-level support throughout their case.

For Jennifer, DWI defense is deeply personal. She understands that clients often come to the firm during one of the most difficult moments of their lives. Her commitment is to make sure they are treated with respect, clarity, and dignity at every step, while holding the legal process to the highest ethical and professional standards.

“I believe people deserve strong advocacy and honest guidance, especially when they feel overwhelmed or judged. I’m proud to be part of a team that stands up for clients and helps them move forward.”
