Born in Cooperstown, New York, and raised in Gilbertsville, I originally envisioned a career in music. However, my experience with Mock Trial in high school, combined with the inspiration of my best friend’s mother—an attorney—ignited my passion for the law. That passion led me to SUNY Geneseo, where I majored in Political Science, and then to Syracuse University College of Law, where I fully immersed myself in advocacy.
As a first-generation college and law school graduate, I understand the value of hard work and determination. At Syracuse, I served as an Executive Editor of Law Review, was a dedicated member of the Advocacy Honor Society (Appellate, Trial, and Alternative Dispute Resolution divisions), and held the role of Vice President of the Criminal Law Society. Additionally, as an Academic Success Fellow, I mentored first-year law students, equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to excel.
Criminal law has always been my passion. My experiences—both in the classroom and the courtroom—have reinforced my commitment to advocating for those who need a strong, knowledgeable, and relentless defender in their corner.

Why do I do what I do?
My passion for law began during my time as an intern in Chenango County Court, where I had the opportunity to observe attorneys and the Honorable Judge Frank Revoir in action. As a triple-hat judge, he presided over multiple types of cases, giving me exposure to various areas of law. It was Criminal Law, however, that captured my interest the most. I believe that everyone makes mistakes, and we often dont know the full story behind a persons circumstances. Sometimes, all someone needs is a strong advocate in their corner—and I strive to be that person.
