Mr. Gervais’s practice with the DWI TEAM currently focuses solely on drug and alcohol offenses. Mr. Gervais has been focused solely on criminal defense for the past 11 years in New York and in Quebec. He takes particular pleasure in finding possible defenses in DWI-related cases and in taking apart the prosecution’s case when possible.

Mr. Gervais has taken DWI-related continuing education classes every year which has results in assisting, successfully taken several DWI cases to trial. Whether working on a $4 million federal drug case or a low BAC cases, Mr. Gervais takes the time to become familiar with every aspect of the case and works assiduously to obtain the best results for his clients.

Mr. Gervais’s dedication to his clients has earned him a nomination to the local drug and mental health treatment courts as staff defense counsel.
