Senior Client Advocate. Empathetic Leader. Dedicated to Supporting DWI Clients.
Born in Buffalo, New York, and raised in Syracuse, Rowan Goodman has always been drawn to understanding people and helping them through life’s challenges. Her passion for justice began in high school, where a forensics course sparked her interest in psychology and the criminal justice system. That early spark led her to study Forensic Psychology in college, where she deepened her knowledge of human behavior and developed a strong foundation in criminology.
During her undergraduate studies, Rowan completed an internship with a local police department in the Syracuse area—an experience that strengthened her understanding of investigative processes and reinforced her desire to help people navigate complex legal situations.
As a Senior Client Advocate, Rowan plays a key role in supporting the DWI TEAM’s clients through some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Her empathy, clear communication, and critical thinking skills allow her to connect with clients on a personal level, ensuring they feel understood, supported, and informed throughout their case.
Rowan’s big heart, reliability, and commitment to helping others make her someone both clients and colleagues can count on. Her dedication to justice and compassion for people are at the core of everything she does—making her an invaluable member of the team and a trusted advocate for those facing difficult times.
