Bilingual Attorney. Compassionate Advocate. Committed to Justice and Family Support.
Born and raised in South Korea, Joo Hee began her legal career as in-house counsel in Seoul after completing her program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute. Upon moving to Syracuse, New York, she devoted several years to helping her family adjust to a new environment while continuing to pursue her passion for law. She earned her LL.M. degree from Syracuse University College of Law, and her academic success inspired her to continue in the United States, where she completed her Juris Doctor degree—graduating in the top 6% of the Class of 2021.
During law school, Joo Hee was accepted into the prestigious Justinian Honor Society and inducted into the Order of the Coif, one of the highest distinctions for law graduates in the United States. Her experience includes an internship at the National Disability Rights Network in Washington, D.C., and work at the Burton Blatt Institute, where she provided advocacy for underrepresented individuals and people with disabilities.
Motivated by her own life experiences—including her parents’ divorce and her role as a mother to a child with special needs—Joo Hee brings deep empathy and understanding to her work with families navigating challenging situations. Her perspective allows her to approach each case with compassion, precision, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Licensed to practice law in both South Korea and New York State, she is committed to providing trusted, competent, and caring representation to every client she serves.
