Client Advocate. Veteran. First Responder. Calm in the Chaos.
For Andrew Prindle, honesty, fairness, and kindness aren’t just values. They’re how people deserve to be treated during the hardest moments of their lives. That belief guides his work as a Client Advocate at DWI TEAM, where he’s often the very first person a client speaks with — and he takes that responsibility seriously.
Andrew brings a rare mix of discipline and empathy to the role. He first served in the United States Air Force, and later worked as an EMT. Both experiences taught him how to stay steady when everything feels uncertain, so he knows how to support someone in the middle of a crisis. That training matters here because most people who reach out to a law firm feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of what comes next. Andrew gets that, and he meets them with patience instead of pressure.
When you call DWI TEAM, Andrew is often the voice on the other end. His job is simple but important: he listens, explains your options, and connects you with the right legal team. Most of the people he talks with are dealing with a DWI, a criminal charge, a traffic offense, or a license issue, though the firm also handles matters like trial litigation, divorce, and 2nd Amendment cases. Whatever brought someone in, he believes they deserve respect — and that belief shapes every conversation he has.
His approach is calm, direct, and detail-focused. Instead of adding to the confusion, he cuts through it. He walks clients through the process, answers their questions, and makes sure they understand each step. Ultimately, his goal is to help people feel heard, supported, and ready to move forward.
“I do this work because people deserve support when life feels uncertain. Many clients contact us during one of the most stressful moments they have ever faced. My goal is to listen, be honest, explain things clearly, and help them take the next step with confidence.”
