Attorney Kevin Kelly believes the quality of the lawyer-client relationship is as important as the integrity of our justice system. Criminal charges, including DWI or DWAI, and disciplinary matters with colleges and universities have been a large part of Mr. Kelly’s expedience. Starting out with trial practice in the Southern Tier gave him the professional experience of felony jury trials and the fast paced consequences of DWI law. Mr. Kelly currently serves on the New York State Bar Association Criminal Justice Section Executive Committee, the Tompkins County Bar Association Board of Directors, and is a member of the Schuyler Bar Association.
