Born and raised in Baldwinsville, New York, Madison is a graduate of Onondaga Community College in the Lillian Slutzkers Honors Program.  She continued her academic career at Oswego State University, where she is finishing her last semester and graduating a year early to receive her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice.

Her work experience began with customer service positions, aiming to help individuals with whatever struggles they have.

I would love to help people. It’s important to give voices to those who may not be able to speak for themselves. Giving back to the community is so important.
