Aimée Tarin serves as the Chief Impact Officer for the DWI TEAM, leading the non-legal operations, culture, and internal systems that support both clients and the team behind the scenes. With more than 13 years of experience in customer service, operations, marketing, and design, Aimée plays a critical role in ensuring the DWI TEAM delivers a consistent, compassionate, and high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Aimée oversees administrative operations including billing and accounts receivable, internal systems, social media coordination, vendor and resource management, and firmwide process development. She helps turn strategy into execution by building systems that create clarity, accountability, and follow-through, allowing attorneys and legal staff to stay focused on advocacy.
